Update `Permission.kt` and `strings.xml` to include human-readable labels for several new event kinds, including those related to pets, music, weather stations, geocaching, and more.

New event kinds added:
- 3367: Color Moment
- 4223: Weather station readings
- 7516: Found geocache log
- 8211: Personal Letter
- 11125: Blobbonaut Profile
- 14919, 14920, 14921: Pet interactions, breeding, and records
- 16158: Weather station metadata
- 16769: Profile Tabs
- 31124, 31125: Current pet state and Owner Profile
- 34139: Music Playlist
- 36767: Theme Definition
- 36787: Music Track
- 37516: Geocache Listing
