Claudeandgreenart7c3 47a1d363f2 Remove REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES from offline (F-Droid) build ...

The offline flavor manifest already strips network permissions via
tools:node="remove". Add the same for REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES so
the self-updater permission is absent from F-Droid builds, consistent
with the check-offline-permissions.yml CI workflow.
