Claude 5fab5c1159 Add unit tests for BunkerRequestUtils ...

Tests cover all three public function groups:
- getTypeFromBunker: all 11 method mappings + invalid/empty fallback
- getDataFromBunker: connect→ack, ping→pong, sign_message→first param,
  encrypt/decrypt→second param, missing param fallback, unknown→empty
- State management: addRequest (add, dedup, multi), clearRequests,
  remove (found, not-found), getBunkerRequests
- retryWithBackoff: immediate success, eventual success, exhausted
  retries, exact call count, maxRetries=1 edge cases

Adds mockk and kotlinx-coroutines-test as testImplementation dependencies.
