Claude 58355b7164 Fix session start hook: pre-install JetBrains JDK for Gradle daemon ...

The Gradle daemon JVM criteria require the JetBrains vendor, but the
sandbox egress proxy returns 503 on HEAD requests that Gradle uses to
probe the toolchain download URL. GET succeeds, so the hook now fetches
and extracts the JetBrains JDK itself and points Gradle at it via
org.gradle.java.installations.paths with auto-download disabled.

Also drops reliance on $https_proxy for gradle.properties — newer web
containers use transparent TLS-inspecting egress with no proxy env vars.
Trust-store and proxy-override lines are written unconditionally, with
proxy auth appended only when an authenticated proxy is present.
