Improve build time with parallel builds, build cache, and cleanup

- Enable org.gradle.parallel=true (was commented out)
- Add org.gradle.caching=true to reuse task outputs across builds
- Remove duplicate compileOptions block in app/build.gradle
- Remove duplicate okhttpCoroutines implementation (already declared as freeImplementation)
