Subject: [PATCH] Provide app_name_debug for the androidTest APK

The debug buildType applies `resValue("string", "app_name", "@string/app_name_debug")`
to the androidTest APK as well as the main APK, but the test APK does
not include the main app's res/, so the reference failed to link the
first time the test APK was actually built. Supply the referenced
strings in an androidTest-only resource file. The values never surface
to users; they only satisfy the test APK's resource linker.
